Terms & Conditions

1. Prescription Validity

Eyewear can only be dispensed against a valid prescription from a registered optometrist or ophthalmologist. Prescriptions older than 2 years will require a new eye test.

2. Returns & Replacements

Custom-made prescription lenses are non-refundable. Frames may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

3. Warranty

All luxury frames carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper handling or accidents is not covered.

4. Appointment Policy

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in a booking fee for future consultations.
